NEW FEATURE ALERT: PENDING COLLECTION

Here at Karri HQ, we’ve been working tirelessly on our new system to make your lives at school simpler! Karri is constantly adding new features with the aim to make creating collections easy, fast and totally stress-free.

NEW FEATURE ALERT: PENDING COLLECTIONS:

Our most recent feature is the pending button. This can be found once you have created a collection or event.

When you create a collection or event, you will see that the status will sit on “Pending” Why is this? We’ve created this feature so that you can create multiple collections and add on to them or submit them at a later stage. For example, you can create all of your collections for the term and leave them on pending, then before the collection, you can simply click submit to us and we will review and open them for you.

What you need to know about this new feature:

The new Pending feature is here to make your life simpler. You are able to finalise your collections at a later stage if needs be. Please note: If you do not click on the pending button and then submit for approval we will not open your collection or event! 

Here is a screen by screen walkthrough of how to submit your collections to us:

1.) Once you’ve finalised your event or collection, simply press the Pending button as seen in the screenshot below.

2.) Once you’ve clicked on the Pending button, you’ll be given the option to Submit for Approval or Cancel Collection. If you are happy with your collection or event, simply click Submit.

3.) After clicking Submit for Approval, you’ll be asked if you’re sure. Simply click OK

4.) You’ll now see your collection is Under Review. Sit back and wait for the Karri Team to approve your collections. By the time you’ve finished your coffee, your collection will be approved.

5.) Congrats! Your collection is open. Your parents will be notified shortly and will be able to make their payment with Karri!
