NEW FEATURE ALERT: Creating Lists On Karri

Why use the new list feature?

Is there a collection every month for a certain group of students? Perhaps for the choir club or rugby team? This new list feature allows you to quickly access a customized list of students when you are creating a collection that will help save you valuable time and ensures only those specific parents receive the request.

It is so simple to do, firstly create your new list! Check out our step by step guide below:

To begin, simply click on Lists on the left-hand side menu bar and then click + NEW LIST

Name your list eg. Choir Club, then select the students on the right-hand side you’d like to add and simply press the green arrow. You can search via name in the Seach bar.

Next, simply press SAVE

Your list is complete! You can edit, delete or export your list to excel by simply clicking on the buttons.

How to use your new list

Now that you’ve created your specific list, here is how to use it when creating a new collection:

Create a new collection. Scroll down to Student List and press filter. Here you will be able to access your custom list.
