Demari heads up our customer support team and is an always-smiling superhero who can put out any fire that a Karri user has. We sat down with Demari during one of her seldom coffee breaks to find out more about her journey with Karri.
Tell us a little bit about your journey with Karri
I consider every day at Karri a journey. No two days are the same. But I’ve had an amazing journey so far, it’s been a steep learning curve with a lot of growth.
What do you most like about working on the support team at Karri?
My favourite aspect has to be the environment. We are all part of a family who looks out for each other. There is ongoing support, which always makes me feel like I am part of something great.
Can you tell us why you love being on the support team?
Being part of the customer support is a very diverse job. No two support calls are the same. But for me, that breakthrough moment with users is what I love the most. That feeling when a user gets the app, it is a total eureka moment, they often can’t believe how quick and easy it was to make a payment. And that has to be it for me, the feeling of changing someone’s perspective is exactly why I love my job!
